I am the person behind the camera at Sugar Sweet Studio.
Specialising in cake smash and family photography. I'm focusing on these two types of sessions at the moment after having a baby late 2025
My studio is located in Maryland NSW, its a fun space for families to relax and enjoy your session.
A Mother to three cheeky, young boys, I have experience working with children and families with various personalities and I love to capture yours, so you can remember those silly grins, pouts and maybe even a little sassiness.
I love to chat to families and get to know your children and see their personality shine.
Coffee, chocolate, colour and children are a few of my favourite things.

Where is your studio located?
My studio is located in Maryland NSW, with off street parking
When should I have the cake smash session?
Two weeks before their birthday party if you are holding one. To allow time for photos to be ready to display at the party
Do you only do cakes for birthdays?
For birthday sessions we can do cakes, washable paint, or other food like water melon or spaghetti
Do I have to order prints through you?
You can order prints through me if you would like true-colour, sharp photos just like the images I provide you. You are also welcome to use your own photo printing lab
When do you like to take family photos?
If we are having family photos outside I like to take them an hour before sunset as the light is more soft and golden at this time. The light is more flattering and no squinty eyes.
Is the cake included in the cake smash session?
I like to provide the cake for the cake smash session as many bakeries make the frosting too stiff and the babies don't enjoy squishing it as much. This way I can also make sure it matches your chosen theme and doesn't need to be transported
Do you provide cake smash outfits?
I have a variety of clothing to match most themes of the cake smash sessions. Some parents prefer to bring their own special outfit which can be worn also at the child's birthday party.
Are pets allowed in the studio?
As much as I love your furry friends, I like to keep my studio animal free to ensure those with allergies are protected.
Can we pick our cake smash theme?
I have over 30 themes to chose from and adding extras all the time. We can discuss your birthday theme and how we can make the cake smash match
